The Sky Symphony Countdown at The Jewel Box will usher in Year 2011 with its amazing display of German fireworks. It will be a night of breathtaking music, lights and colors in the starry night sky.

Presenting a 4-course and 8-course menu, visitors can choose to dine at any three miraculous dining venues: Black Opal, Empress Jade or Sapphire.

Other festive highlight activities
Acappella performances by Leandra Rasiah (Singapore Idol finalist) and 6unsung (Champions for the National A Cappella Championship 2009 will keep you entertained thru-out. Also, there will be live performances by Singapore Char Siew Baos, one of the finalists from Channel 5’s reality show, One Moment of Glory.

The Stage Club presents "Le Jour de l'italienne"
(a French comedy with English subtitles) written by the "Eulalie" Company.

French plays enthusiasts may find "Le Jour de l'italienne" staged by The Stage Club comical and classical. The script is written modernly to tickle the humor out of audiences as they watch how the cast depicts a play within a play.

The play shows the work of a young troop rehearsing a famous play, ‘The Test’, by French author Marivauz and being transported in the setting of the 18th Century France.

Director, Mylène Koenig has been a member with The Stage Club for 4 years. She is part of The Stage Club committee and has been involved in several productions including '8 Femmes', 'l'Avare', 'The Taming of the Shrew' and 'Old Time Music Hall'.

The cast includes Sophie Bendel, Russel Bennett, Quentin Bernard, Valérie Guichard, Olivier Guyonvarch, Pauline Mas, Angélique Montané, Sabrine Reverre and Maya Tozzi.
