Bali tourist arrivals approach record territory

Bali may hit a record of two million foreign visitors at the end of this year contributed by steady growth in tourists’ arrivals. June arrivals hit 170,994 - a 17.8% increase over June 2007 (145,174). Mid-year figures revealed that arrivals during the first six months of 2008 increased by 23.9%, bringing total arrivals to 924,949.
